We are an \'Independent Family Owned\' funeral directors established in Cheltenham Spa. Ian George joined the Funeral Profession in November 1979, in 1981 gained the Diploma in Funeral Directing and in 1982 gained the Diploma in Embalming. We hold memberships of several ‘Trade Associations’, and abide by their several Codes of Practice. We serve all faiths within our community, and always endeavour to serve all families we serve with the kindness you would expect from a friend. ‘Honouring lives, and comforting loss’ is our Company motto, and our service is based on that belief. I write this on behalf of my brother David and family to express our most grateful thanks to you, your wife and all who helped in making the day of our sister Marion's funeral service go so smoothly. Your professionalism in all of the handling and the preparation was exemplary, which made all of the arrangements that had to be done far more easier for us.
Please also pass on our grateful thanks to the four bearers that carried Marion's coffin for their compassionate way also. I know it was not easy for them in carrying the coffin to the burial plot.
