Me and my partner used Taylor Sullivan in November 2017 as sadly my partners brother passed away it was a huge shock to us all we were and still are devastated and we didn’t have a clue what to do or where to start with Funeral and the service ect we went to T,S and they lifted a huge weight and a lot of stress off our shoulders, from collecting our brothers body right down to the service at the crematorium, they helped us threw a very difficult and sad time and had all the time in the world for us, made us feel at ease and welcomed us with open arms, great staff who were very friendly and always just at the end of a phone if we needed ANYTHING, they practically done everything for us would highly recommend them.
I have been involved with a couple of funeral directors in Dunfermline over the years that i have been disappointed with the care given to my loved ones and I have to say that by far Taylor Sullivan exceeded all of them with there excellent service and care. They helped lighten the load of my grief and I totally recommend using them. The small working team that they have give the best experienced service and care that you could ask for. No matter what time of day I could call and they would be there. Massive thank you to them all.
Taylor Sullivan came recommended to me by friends who had used their services in the past. Everyone spoke very highly of the company and its staff and all their remarks were very positive.
Price was mentioned albeit in the manner of a guilty secret and I found these to be very reasonable when compared to friends who had used other companies.
Initially we chose Taylor Sullivan due to the great interpersonal skills of Raymond King (Senior Funeral Director) who guided my brother and I through the process of arranging our mother's funeral. The arrangements included taking our mother back through to her home town in the West Of Scotland for her burial and Raymond saved us lots of time and difficulty by explaining the process to us down to the last minute.
I mentioned the cost being spoken of like a dirty or guilty secret but it would be all to easy for funeral directors to foist things upon you that neither need nor want at a time when you are possibly at your most vulnerable. When asked by friends how much we paid for the funeral they were amazed at how little it cost given the distance travelled to get our mother home.
We would like to thank Taylor Sullivan for their outstanding service and would recommend them to anyone.
