From my initial enquiry with S Carters following the death of my father the help, direction and advice given was of the highest quality and professionalism. I was given clear and precise assistance in the planning of the funeral and I was immensely impressed with the understanding and flexibility afforded in respect of accommodating our specific religious observations. I was so pleased with the event itself, from the arrival of the staff, all courteous and again incredibly helpful and continuing to assist in the logistics of the entire day. Sarah in particular has been amazing who from taking my initial call, to arranging and advising of collecting cremated remains has been on hand to assist at every step. Her professionalism and kindness had made the arrangements that then followed seem effortless, again exactly what a family needs following the loss of a family member. If I was to ever recommend a funeral directors services I would unreservedly direct anyone to S Carters who thoroughly live up to their reputation and provide a truly first class service at such a difficult time. My sincere thanks to the whole team involved in arranging and delivering our funeral.

My father arranged his funeral with Carter &sons many years ago, I lost my dad and went over to Carter & sons and I felt like part of the family, made us feel at home tears laughter but most of all caring .
I have dealt with other company's but I must say these were by far the best . And I would like to say thank you very much .
