We rang Derek Noble to ask if the celebrant officiating the funeral for my husband’s brother Keith Bulmer would read a small eulogy for us as we live in Australia, he said, Oh I don’t know so I said could you ask whoever’s officiating and he said I’ll ask so I said my husband will send an email there was 3 different emails eventually the last one went. We got no reply to say he’d received it. So I rang again, and he said no he hadn’t got it, and said what email did you use I said the last one one on your page and he said that’s the wrong one, so I asked for the one he uses I asked would you let us know when you receive it, with the time difference, I waited until the next day and rang him again but this time Dave wanted to talk to him, by this time it was the morning of the day of Keith’s funeral and he introduced himself as Keith’s brother Dave, and asked him if he’d received his email and he replied yes it’s all sorted so he thanked him but there was no conversation or compassion from Derek for Dave on the loss of his brother, Dave was so disappointed as he was devastated at losing his younger brother and not being able to attend was very upsetting at such a disinterested person in his position plus ringing from Australia, it wasn’t what he expected. Very disappointing 💔💔

Derek noble is a very friendly and helpful gentleman he made me gfeel at ease after my man's death on the 15th August 2016 the room was very nice and comfortable and my mam was laid to rest beautiful nothing was to much trouble to Derek he give his time to all my family. To view mam
