Very happy with the way Tappers dealt with my mother’s funeral, everything was explained sympathetically, liaison with the Vicar was very good and on the day it all went exceedingly well. Very happy with Tappers and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
I cannot fault the funeral and the day at all. It is a beautiful place and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately their communication over the bill wasn't quite as seamless and we became very frustrated by the lack of clarity. The bill was, in fact, correct bar one item but the way the information was presented lead to a lot of confusion as we had a prepaid plan. Once this got to the top it was all cleared up very quickly but we weren't looking for such a job on sorting out the accounts after losing our mum.
Recently had mums funeral at harbour view in the barn as it was only a small gathering. Start to finish excellent service, not out to rip you off and couldn’t have been nicer, service taken by John Taylor was fantastic. Gave my my a wonderful send off, could not recommend this company enough x
Making a call to a Funeral Directors is something I had not done before but from my first call to Tappers their service was first class. My call was answered by a lovely lady that had a kind phone manner that put me at ease straight away. Our Funeral Director, Charlie, was excellent and made the process of planning my Dad's funeral as easy as it could be. Nothing was too much trouble.
