Don't use if you have the choice! Unfortunately, I didn't have the choice and they came as duty undertakers. Two elderly guys came to move my mother they were not able to do it on their own so my husband had to help to maintain my mothers dignity! There were no local undertakers available to attend her place of residence so we had to wait 6 hours before they turned up. They also then insisted they were taking her to North Devon Hospital which was over an hour away from her home address. We advised them the paramedic agreed she would go to Torbay hospital which is where she was closest to. They advised they would have to get authority from their boss to take her to there which apparently they phoned and obtained authority. Told us she would be taken to Torquay and changed the hospital name to Torquay on the paperwork. When we called the coroners the day after to obtain updates no-one knew where she was. Took us numerous phone calls to different people and 2 days at this distressing time to eventually find out where my mother had been taken to. Morris Bros showed no compassion or empathy and it turned out the undertakers had completely lied to us and took her straight to Barnstaple despite telling us they got authority to take her to Torquay! Completely unprofessional. They shouldn't be in the business! I only put 1 star to enable me to complete the post. It wouldn't allow me to not put any!

They were perfect.

The entire funeral was supported brilliantly by the company. I couldn't praise them more.
