When I and my family first visited Heart and Soul, we knew immediately that these were the people we wanted to arrange with us the funeral of my husband, John. Their beautiful venue epitomised exactly the kind of surroundings we were looking for to give him the informal, loving and intimate farewell of which he would have so approved. Every step of the way, we were given all the patient help and advice we needed, while being welcomed to personalise and adorn the last place we would share with him.
So my heartfelt thanks to Simon, Birte and Hannah for guiding me through this special time, and leaving me with only the most lovely memories.
