I was helped by wonderful people at every stage of arranging my husbands funeral. They helped me to give him the 'send off' that he would have wanted and all who attended agreed that it was a perfect funeral for him.(if that is possible).Any questions that i asked were answered in a polite and friendly way so that at no time did i feel that It was'just a job' to them but it was a personal wish to help me no matter when i turned up at the premises to ask more questions..

I have used this funeral company before 12 years ago for my dads funeral and because of this i have used them again as my mum passed away a few days before Christmas
I have found the service and everyone i have dealt with very professional but with caring hearts.
Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained at each stage of the organising of the funeral.
I can totally recommend the services if this company without any hesitation.
My thanks to them all for making a very difficult life event go so smoothly.
Quite possibly NOW the worst undertakers in Carlisle. We were very disappointed with the way we were treat having been continuesly lied to. No calls were returned and staff were not helpful what so ever. Absolutely terrible service and disgusted at the way we were treat at such a difficult time.
The decision was made not to use this company, we drove not even a mile down the road to Walkers Funerals Directors and were treat with respect with very professional staff, also saving £2000 on the same service! I would not recommend this company, please take my advice and be aware!
Perfect from the outset, professional and compassionate, reassuring and calm, ensured we were never stuck. Assured us we could contact them with anything, at any time, however trivial we thought it was, it was important to Walsh's. I've used them for a parent in Jan 2016 as well as my other parent 25 years ago. I would go back to them again and again. I felt as thought they were with me every step of the way and the funeral and everything went so smoothly. They helped us find a local independent celebrant, and so many people told us what a "great" funeral it was -YES, a great funeral! The whole experience though sad was made so much easier with Walsh's and I would totally 100% recommend them again and again
