Tries hard but not really all that professional. We travelled a long distance to attend a funeral mass but everyone was kept waiting because the Undertaker was late arriving to the Church. Priest had to apologise to the congregation. After the Mass we stood in the pouring rain for ages as it took the Undertaker a long time to organise things at the grave. We live in Belfast and this would never happen at funerals here. All just had a rushed and unprofessional feel to it. Disappointing.
This company is not registered with any professional or regulatory body and staff are not qualified, but they still charge the same as professional, qualified funeral directors. If it was in any other country, they would not be allowed to practice, but as the funeral profession is not regulated in Ireland, ANYONE can become an undertaker. Have heard that family members are sometimes asked to help remove their loved ones from their deathbed at home, as only one member of staff arrives at the time of death. Not professional at all. I know I will only ever call on a fully registered funeral director, at least they will have guidelines and rules to follow. No comeback if you get an unregistered firm.

Charles Lynch Funeral Directors are Top Class in their Duties. They Made our Sudden and Difficult Time all the more Bearable , leaving us Worry Free. I cannot begin to Praise Charley and Paddy Enough for What they do. It is so evident that this is their Vocation in Life. I Would travel A Long Distance to Obtain their Services, Should Any of My Family Members unfortunately Need this Service and I Want them to Take Care of Myself too
