Our family found Hugh Wade and Son to be truly excellent in every aspect of the service they provided for us at that very difficult and emotional time. From our first contact, everything was dealt with calmly, caringly and with genuine empathy, from all their staff with whom we engaged.
They guided us through the process of planning what we wanted to happen and making the choices that needed to be made. They accommodated our requests with patience and understanding. We found the costs both fair and reasonable, but also excellent value in the provision of a complete package that looked after all aspects of the funeral in what I consider a truly exceptional service.
