Central House Fairmantle Street, TR1 2EQ, Truro, Cornwall
We understand this is a challenging time and it feels like there is a lot to do. We also understand that you’ll probably have a lot of questions going through your mind. This is normal as most funerals are organised by someone who has never been through the process. Whether a loved one has died at home, in hospital or in a care home, or whether it was expected or not, we have been helping people for over 60 years to guide them through this time. Questions we often hear include: How does it work? Cremation or burial? What happens with the will? How do I get a death certificate? What will the funeral cost? Will I be listened to? We understand that it’s a challenging time, and having a supporting friend who can answer those questions and guide you through the process can help. Our caring team have been that friend for many people – listening, understanding, patient, calm, sympathetic, respectful and open - over the last 60 years. You may already have an idea of what you want, however, we can help you plan: - burial or cremation - the type of service (religious or non-religious) - the type of coffin - urn or headstone - transport - music or hymns - flowers - funeral stationery - where to hold the wake - charity donations - notices in the local paper and online We are also on hand, 24 hours a day, to help you before the funeral, to arrange the funeral and during the funeral. And like a friend, we are here to help you organise the funeral that fulfils your loved one's wishes.
Funeral Director in Truro, Cornwall.
Cindy & Simon where lovely, warming and very professional. Nothing was not too much trouble for them. They put the order of service together for us which came really well including the images etc. There communication was spot on, not too much not too little.
Very caring and efficient service from them all.
My darling mother Mavis passed away in the middle of the night. I called Simon. Himself & a colleague were with us within moments.
Such gentlemen. Very kind. Didn't rush in anyway. Gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes.
Mum didn't want a funeral. She had just turned 86 years old, she said at her age all her friends unfortunately were dying and the ones left spent their time going to funerals, she didn't want that. Mum also felt the occasion was too upsetting for us her children. So she chose to have a private cremation.
Cindy & Simon looked after everything for us.
They are an amazing couple doing a wonderful job at such a very sad time in anyone's life
Thank you both very much
Your kindness was much appreciated
Marion & Stuart Farmery
