The recent death of my mother and subsequent funeral were handled with exceptional compassion and sympathy by Stephen and his staff. Current restrictions are challenging, but Caldecotts ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. Grateful thanks to all.

During the most saddest time in your life, Caldecott & Sons is the only Wrexham Funeral Directors to use, if you want professionalism and compassion to the highest degree.

This family run business, offer so much more than there more corporate competitors' if you want a style, class and a more personal humane approach, then they are for you.

I was so impressed with there guidance support and passion for detail no matter how large or small, I engaged them for the second time. Firstly my fathers funeral and latterly my mothers, the two most important people in my life, departed this world with much dignity and grace!

My husband, sadly, has recently died and it was his express wish that I arrange his funeral through Caldecott and Sons.
From my initial contact through to collecting my husband's ashes they were respectful, professional, dignified and discreet. I could not have wished for a better 'send off' for my husband and can thoroughly recommend them to everyone who finds themselves in the same stressful situation as myself.

From the first meeting with Stephen Caldecott we were put at ease. Stephen with his experience was able to suggest things that worked so well on the day but also were encouraged to be fully involved with the planning. All along they showed us kindness and support and were so professional. We would recommend them to friends.

I have three experiences with the services of Caldecott & Sons and they were all equally excellent in every way. They handled the funerals of two great friends extremely well and so when my mother died in April I had no hesitation in asking Stephen Caldecott to deal with all the arrangements.

I would unreservedly recommend the company to anyone. It is a delight to deal with a genuine family run business. Nothing is too much trouble.

All the staff are a delight to deal with and everyone is absolutely professional, kind and compassionate throughout the process. Stephen and Rebecca also make decision making easy and take the pressure away from you.

From talking to other people, Caldecott's prices also seem to be reasonable too. It is good to be able to put business in the hands of a family and their dedicated team rather than a corporate!

I'm so pleased that I chose Caldecott and Sons to organise my mother's funeral. They were sensitive and supportive in guiding me through the process, which was particularly important since I live some distance from Wrexham. They were totally professional and the funeral was perfect.

I was having a bit of a bad time and needed some personalised and friendly help.

Caldecott were there for me when I needed them the most and were more than happy to handle everything regarding the funeral for me.
