Horrible, utterly unprofessional funeral service.

Don't ever use this persons services.
This person has been unprofessional right from the start and then it only got worse. I was not in a position to change undertaker so we had to play along but please, please, please - do not ever use this persons services if you want your loved ones to have a professional, caring and respectful funeral.
He is rude,
does not listen,
does as he pleases,
forgets essential things like checking if the grave was big enough for the coffin (it was not),
hand flowers (he just took some from a another flower arrangement beside the grave and gave to my parents),
does not respect people grieving,
didn't put the flowers people ordered in to the church - they were left in the car during the service then he threw them in a mess out on the grass opposite the grave.
Just a few examples, I can go on but I think you understand.
And of course he keeps on calling me - Hello Chucks....really?
