This was the the first funeral I myself have had to deal with and as this was my father I wanted it to suit what type of person he was. I can honestly say from the first call to the last contact with the funeral director they were amazing nothing too much trouble and the best advice possible was given to us. My father had an amazing send off and I cannot recommend them enough a big thankyou from the matthews family.

Despite our mother's funeral being delayed through a multitude of circumstances, Neil and his team from Crake and Mallon dealt with all of it with good grace and allowed the family to prepare the most beautiful service in all ways. Nothing was too much trouble. We altered the order of service leaflets numerous times and staff even gave up their days off to help us prepare them. We had a Sunday evening "taking In" and the staff were more than considerate.
Every detail and wish of the family was supported.
This is excellence at the highest level.

Crake & Mallon were recommended to me by a friend and from the very first contact I felt at ease and that I was dealing with a professional business. Lee Crawford dealt with us throughout both face to face and by email. He responded timely to my questions and wanted to ensure every detail was approved by me. From the collection from hospital of my Mam and visiting her in their chapel of rest through to the order of service and the details of her celebration Mass, I was kept informed in a sympathetic way - nothing was too much trouble. On the day of her funeral we were guided and all my instructions were carried out exactly as I had asked. Overall, C&M made a terrible time as bearable as they could, for which I am so grateful - many thanks.
