Richard came to see us when we lost our daughter, from the moment he came into my home he was very caring and helped us from start to finish. I would recommend them to everyone. Everyone we delt with was very caring and so lovely.

Very disappointing. Can't be bothered to return calls about my dads headstone which was ordered 6 months ago. I have to start this process all over again. No compassion! I had to come all the way from Middlesbrough just to get an answer. Mark your a disgrace to your profession! ,
