My wonderful dad recently passed away and we went to Victoria House who were wonderful Andrew Gardiner and staff were totally professional and conducted dads funeral to perfection. As a family we felt totally supported and cannot thank them enoug. i would fully recommend the Victoria House to everyone who require the service

The care Apolena and her colleagues provided to me and my family during a very trying and emotional time, was truly exceptional when dealing with our Mums passing. To say that all the staff at Victoria House went above and beyond does not do them justice. They were extremely professional and showed great empathy, nothing seemed too much trouble. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend their service.

I would like to thank Victoria House for everything they did for my Mam and my family.Ryan who was a very nice young man who made sure they went the extra mile for us.On this very sad time we had everything done for us and the day was so very nice and calm.

I cannot find enough words of praise for the Victoria House team for the kind, compassionate and professional way that they took care of, not only my late mother, Margaret Barclay, but of we as her family. Throughout the difficult and emotional time, I was never in doubt that things would be looked after properly and the finishing touches such as the beautifully crafted Order of Service were even more appreciated. Thank you so much, Carl and the team.

from the very moment we met Carl, he made us feel as though he had known us for years and that my dad and mams husband was the most important person in his care. He treated my dad and my mams husband with the upmost dignity and respect. This was evident upon visiting my dad and mams husband and saying goodbye to him....... He was still my dad and my mams husband.
Nothing was to much trouble and while Carl listened and took on board our comments and wishes for my dad and mams husbands funeral, he in turn used his knowledge to make the service even more personal yo my dad and my mams husband.
Carl's professionalism shone through from the moment he collected my dad and my mams husband to the end of the funeral and beyond.
My family and I would class Carl as a friend and would recommend his services at this most difficult time.
