My Dad

I have had the privilege of knowing Ian for many years always being told by my dad in his words "your to use that lad" when the time came and sadly and unexpectedly that time did come and where do I begin to express my gratitude and that of my family for all the kindness and consideration shown at such a difficult time for my family.
I really am truly humbled at the service we received and above all the care for my lovely Dad who we miss each and every day.
it really is a family affair with Ian his lovely Mum in the office and his Son Richard who we missed on the day but who had spent time getting dad ready in the chapel of rest again such little touches candles lit and placing Dads cap just where it needed to be so much so that from what we saw at the hospital to when Ian and Richard took care of Dad it was just like having Dad back with us be it for a short time its a lasting memory.
Julia was amazing the service was so personal so "Dad" and then to have it all typed up and presented to Mum a really lovely gesture and memory.
I would highly recommend Ian and his family and I can not thank them enough for all that they did and all that they continue to do helping families at such difficult time xx

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ian Mann funeral directors Marple Bridge.
This is the second time I have used their services and cannot praise them enough for their caring and understanding manner.
Barbara goes out of her way to make the whole process as easy and professional as possible and is always at hand to answer or solve and queries you might have.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you on behalf of Sylvie Jones family. Your whole team were exceptional. This small family business gave 100% and then some. You made this difficult period less traumatic, allowing us the time to grieve. Never did we feel rushed or coerced into making decisions. You listened with both ears then formulated an incredible service that truly was a celebration of my sister's life. Julia, in the the eulogy, you captured the essence of Sylvie even though having never met her you felt like an old friend.
Finally, thank you for allowing me to be present even though I was 7,000 kms away through the webcast. This virtual option made me feel as if I was in the chapel with you.
Bless you all you truly are remarkable people.
