Today we have had the funeral service of my dear father who passed away recently. From the moment I contacted Oxleys the compassion and empathy that Cynthia has shown has truly made this awful journey a bearable ride. She has contacted us everyday, answered questions and nothing has been too much trouble. She is the most friendly and approachable person I have ever come across.
Additionally, Sarah has been an Angel, the service today that she conducted was very professional and friendly. She made us proud.
Myself and family cannot thank you enough and we would not hesitate in recommending yourselves.
