All staff, foremost Sue and David, could not have done more to help us prepare for my dear Mum, Molly Angell’s funeral. Every effort was made to ensure our wishes were, thoughtfully and respectfully carried out.

Despite living in the area for over 15 years, you never really think about having to one day need an undertaker. I sadly lost my wife in November 2020, and it was suggested that I contact Heritage in Winslow. I am so pleased I did, they were courteous, sincere and professional at all times. I particularly want to name David Lloyd, he was truly wonderful and a credit to the company. It was the most difficult time of my life, but was made a little easier by the good people of Heritage. I can't thank them enough.

My mum had only just passed away (within minutes) when I was asked who the funeral directors would be. Nothing had been arranged, I hadn't expected it to be quite so sudden although she was 98. However someone had mentioned Heritage as being quite widespread in the area, so as I was under pressure and not having time or inclination to start searching and comparing details, I said yes they'll do. They'll do, what an understatement, and how fortunate for me and my family. Every step of the way has been handled with so much care and compassion it has been more like falling and landing on a soft fluffy cloud. I have not had to arrange a funeral before and so it was quite daunting, but I need not have worried, they have been so patient and supportive throughout. They have paid so much attention to every detail, when you think it doesn't get any better, they just go the extra mile. Such a lovely experience, and despite the obvious sadness, our family had a beautiful day with our lovely mum, who was also a beloved nan, great nan, sister and friend.
