From start to finish from the first phone call until my brothers remains were hand delivered to myself the client service was very good. It was respectful, compassionate and professional, which was exactly what was needed at a very emotional time. Highly recommended.

Matt and Mark made organising my Step father's funeral a hassle free experience. From our first conversation to getting the ashes back, every thing was handled sensitively and we were told what was happening every step of the way. It was lovely to deal with people who care about what they are doing, their customers and those who are in their care. My mum and myself felt that Dad was in safe hands. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service. As an ex minister I wish I had been able to deal with people who care as much as them when I was leading funerals. A personal service run by personable people.

Matthew has gone out on his own in Upton-upon-Severn after working for years in reputable funeral homes locally. We have seen his work first hand and highly recommend him. Since opening in March, Matthew has conducted 2 funerals for us and we now wouldn't look elsewhere -
