Sandra is Amazing

I have been dealing with Sandra for the last few months to arrange my late brothers headstone and Sandra has gone above and beyond to help me arrange and rearrange due to family changes and I would never have coped without her great help and support with not only the headstone but her emotional help that has been much needed, Sandra has gone above and beyond anything I could have imagined and has so much patience and understanding at the most emotional of times, such a lovely, lovely lady, I shall miss hearing her voice and words of comfort, a big thank you Sandra, W Smith & Sons are very lucky to have you working for them. From the initial phone call to the return home after the funeral Paul and his team were quite perfect. Professional and yet friendly, very compassionate. Really can’t say more that that.
