provided after my mum passed away on 4th Jan 2020...
I had no preference to which funeral director - so looked up online and started at the top of the Norwich list presented - Nick was the only funeral director to answer my call - all others rang out or went to
Voicemail which is exactly what you don’t need when seeking advice and someone to take your loved one into a place of rest. Nick answered the phone quickly and in person, was genuine and supportive and provided great advice . Despite it being the weekend after new year - Nick collected Mum and was so professional and empathetic, arriving in under an hour from the initial call despite us advising that it was unlikely Mum would have a funeral as mum had left her body to medcal science. He then helped by liaising with the anatomy office in London and taking Mum personally to the. Medical school and keeping me informed. Nick provides a highly professional and personal service

Can't thank Nicholas and his team enough. They took care of every aspect of my dad's funeral. Walked and talked me through the process and made the whole thing much easier to deal with. 5 star service for a respectable cost. Can't praise them enough through such a tough time. Thankyou
