They dropped my sisters coffin and then blamed everyone else

Agape Funerals are a “Part Time”funeral service and sadly this was shown at my Sisters funeral,(10th Aug 2021) they showed their inexperience and total lack of professionalism with No clear direction or leadership throughout the whole service, and the worst thing that happened was they “Dropped Her Coffin” from shoulder height, they managed to make our bad day even worse and have ruined our memories totally of my Sisters funeral, and to add insult to injury the only apology that we got from Agape was a secondhand WHATSAPP text which is totally unacceptable, on emailing them about this they just blamed everyone else for all the mistakes and the accident which again shows the total lack of communication, professionalism, and genuine care for our feelings, I would Definitely NOT recommend Agape (part time) funeral Services, as from our experience with them they definitely made a very emotional/bad day a lot worse, and they don’t think that they have done anything wrong, and so won’t be changing how they carry out their funeral Services �‘�🏻

We cannot fully express how appreciative we are of Agape's genuine care and attention during such a difficult time. They truly gain a deep satisfaction from making the process as stress-free as possible for the family, paying great attention to small details, listening closely & following through on the family's wishes. i have to start by saying that i have come to terms so much easier than i ever thought i would do with loosing my grandma and this lovely family run funeral company helped in so many ways to make me feel this way. they dressed my grandma so nicely, i thought she was just sleeping and they laid out some beautiful pictures of her in the room alongside her flowers, it was a really nice atmosphere in the funeral home, when i had expected far worse. that day i felt at ease burying her knowing she had been done well by. they took care of us throughout the day and explained everything before the funeral and after. nothing was too much effort. i thank sharon and darren for everything they have done for my family but most of all my grandma would want to say thank you too. i would recommend this funeral company to anybody who wants their precious loved one taken care of so well. thank you!

Sharon and Darren were extremely helpful at what was a very difficult time, they took the stress away from us having to organise the funeral and had a very "down to earth" approach where we felt we could ask anything and they made what is a very emotional and stressful time more bearable. They have good knowledge and even recommended a supplier for the flowers which saved us money too. It's a family run business so it did feel more caring and personal. I would definitely recommend.

My family and I wouldto be done like to take this opportunity to personally thank Sharon and Dave for their professional services. We were all very distressed after the death of my Grandma. Sharon dealt with us with such compassion and put us all at ease. At such times its difficult to think what needs to be done but Sharon had everything covered. The day ran as clockwork and we can't thank you all enough for your kindness.

Sharon and Darren looked after my son and where very kind and considerate they went the extra mile and I wouldn't of chosen anyone else to look after my son. They organised guests at the funeral and made sure everything ran smoothly
