Wouldnt entertain them. Lady we spoke to in Wishaw was very rude and wouldn't entertain us as we lived in South Lanarkshire. And wanted funeral in North lanarkshire would not allow us to use sons address in North Lanarkshire for liar papers. Would not even take my father's clothes off us even after they had picked my dad up the night before. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere meaning having to get another funeral home to go and pick up my dad and take him to there place. We were upset enough without the lady attending to us being very rude and wasn't prepared to help us on anyway not very professional at all. We had just list our father and was upset enough without being treated very rudely by staff. Never will I use there services again
I had a prepaid plan for my mum. They were more interested in making additional moneys through finger prints on medallions er al. Paid for hair to be done - it wasn’t. She was 88. They put so much makeup on, without consultation, she looked like Aunt Sally!
