Can't thank T&A Fyfe enough

I cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude to Lesley, Donald and the entire team at T&A Fyfe enough. Their professionalism knows no bounds.

My mum passed away on Friday 9th March in Hairmyres Hospital and from the initial telephone call requesting their assistance through to the day of her funeral, they demonstrated compassion, sensitivity, care and understanding, and treated my mum with the utmost respect and dignity.

Never having the experience of arranging a funeral for a loved one, I was guided and assisted in every aspect with true attention to detail and personalisation. Nothing was any trouble to them, even last minute requests.

I would like to express a special thank you to Lesley for the care and attention she paid to preparing my mum's body for viewing. Lesley worked from a photograph of my Mum and managed to apply her make up and do her hair to the extent that my Mum looked absolutely beautiful, so at peace, but more importantly she looked just like I remembered my Mum. This was so important to me, as my previous memory was of my mum in hospital having just passed away. The attention Lesley paid to the minute detail helped me immensely, as this will now be the lasting memory I have of my Mum.

I also feel compelled to mention Bert, who was exceptional in his support, care and attention to myself and my family, and for the advice, attention to detail and for the true professional he is.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to this family run funeral directors. I cannot praise or recommend them enough. They made a very difficult and emotional time much more manageable... I don't know what I would have done without them.
