Losing a loved one is an unbelievably difficult, stressful and sad time. Having Alistair help us through every step of the way enabled us to get through this. He is so approachable, patient and easy to talk to and really makes you feel at ease. No-one wants to have to arrange a funeral but I would highly recommend Alistair should you have to do so
I talked to a few funeral directors when my Mum died and A W Court were the only ones who I felt responded in a compassionate and human way. It was January and very busy for them but this didn’t deter them giving an individualised service. Alastair was amazing, thoughtful and from my our first conversation made me feel at ease. He made a difficult time much easier and I felt he was incredible at delivering great service.... this was also when, due to snow, things were delayed at the crematorium but he kept his sincereity throughout.
