I, and the rest of my family, cannot thank John Weir and the staff who were involved in our 'big day' enough for their impeccable, sympathetic and full-featured service for my Mother. We really thought that, given the trauma of Mum's last days, that the funeral planning was going to, in some way, carry on the trend. NOTHING could have been further from it. The staff at the Gillingham office we attended were nothing short of perfectly professional and we were able to lead up to the funeral without any undue stresses, as everything just got taken care of behind the scenes. Contact was always immediate and informative and all of our questions or suggestions were treated with absolute understanding. On the day, the cars were shining in the sun and the gentlemen were impeccably turned out; we were guided through the various procedures required - we pall-beared as well and were given all the help we needed. The service was also impeccably well presented by the chosen Celebrant, Maria Sparks. In all, the weather was wonderful, there was a huge turnout, Mum was sent off in the best possible way and no small part of that was due to the fact that John Weir's team made the whole thing go smoothly, with no trauma or dramas. A simple thank you is simply not enough - please believe me when I say that you can not put your family in better hands than theirs. John Weir have seriously done us proud!
