From the moment we looked at the excellent website with helpful guidance we knew we had found the right team to work with. Donna worked with us to help put everything together to celebrate our mums life. We didn’t want anything traditional and she was so supportive and understanding of our wishes helping us create our tailor made celebration at Barham Crematorium. Lorraine in the Whitstable office helped us to see our mum in the chapel of rest to say our goodbyes and was very accommodating and supportive. Jamie our funeral director was excellent giving us clear direction on the day. From start to finish we felt supported, guided and respected. Really cannot rate you all highly enough and convey our heartfelt thanks.
