Our family have entrusted Albert E Hicks with a number of funerals over the years, and they have always provided excellent service, with dignity and respect throughout.
I have only deducted one star because I was disappointed that their private chapel did not have a keyboard which made the singing less hearty than I would have liked.
I am not sure if that still applies, as it was several years ago.
It was nice to have the cards and photos on display in the reception rooms prior to the service, and there was a very cosy feel to the event.
