I have had to arrange several funerals with Colin Phillips and have always found him to be helpful and empathic . He has always treated the person he is burying and the family with the upmost respect and dignity . Colins personal approach makes the whole process of arranging the funeral much easier to deal with at our time of personal loss .
I got 1 quotes..one for £1300..but he was telling other people £1600 and £2000..then I only get the bill and my half of ashes more than a week after cremation and that was forced upon.He said ashes would be ready the day after funeral.His excuse "been busy".My Aunt still waiting for her ashes.Cremation was 3 weeks ago!No certificate..no communication.Disappointing indeed.
