Great people and great service

Sadly we needed to use the services of a Funeral Director due to the recent death of my mother, we had one or two recommendations from friends and information in the Bereavement Support brochure from the Hospital advised us to get more than one quote and base our decision on
Location, Range of services provided, the way you are treated by staff, cost & recommendation of those who have used the service.
We visited three local Funeral Directors and had very specific requirements as laid out in a letter by my mother prior to her death.
Of the three we visited
Dutton & Hallmark in Hoole (01244 310966) were head and shoulders above the rest, friendly,helpful & compassionate very easy to deal with and gave good advice and also very open with regard to all charges both there's and the disbursements to others such as crematorium fees etc etc this was pricing information which we struggled to obtain from the other two we visited, who seemed evasive on specific costs which led us not to trust them. Duttons quote was also by far the cheapest some £500+ cheaper than the nearest quote and an amazing £2,300 cheaper than the dearest. The funeral went off exactly as planed in a manner my mother would have been proud of, so to some up a big thanks to
