David is amazing, he is so kind and caring. Losing mum has been absolutely devastating however he has been with us every step of the way during this hard time for my family and I.He is a natural within the profession. David has gone above and beyond his duties in every aspect and I cannot fault anything he has done.Without him the experience for my mum would have been so different.
David is a true asset to John Lucas. Thank you David

David, I cannot thank you enough for all you and all at John Lucas have done to give My wife such a fitting send off.

Everyone commented on the sterling work by yourself and your team and that is much deserved.

In particular the professionalism and kindness shown by yourself has been second to none.

The entire team at John Lucas were amazing. From the moment my mum said goodnight, David and the team excelled in their service and care. David quickly got to understand our needs and adapted to how the family wanted to say goodbye and remember mum. I can not fault anything, he was outstanding and made this sad time amazing, thank you so much :)
