Everything I wanted

I e-mailed William late on Good Friday evening as my partner was very Ill, when he e-mailed me straight back I knew I'd found he right people. When my partner passed away six days later William handled everything with respect and made me feel like I was listened to. The service from Michael the celebrant was perfect and captured everything I felt about John. William and Michael made a difficult time easier for me and gave me the service that I wanted. Thank you.
