Absolute fantastic service

When my husband died, I got this funeral directors number from yell.com, I was a bit wary at first as I had never had to contact a funeral director before and this firm wasn't one that anyone I knew had used as most went to the co op but my daughter was quite adornment that her dad wanted to go by an independent as he had always been in favour of local businesses, So I rang the number and I was quite surprised that the firm was called William t holt and son and the nice chap at the end of the phone was William himself, William came to visit me at my house within the hour of our first talk on the phone he was very helpful and went through everything that he could offer he asked about my Derek and suggested things he felt would mean something to Derek, at the end of the arrangements my daughter asked about where her dad is now so William explained he would be resting in the local hospital however he had spoken to the coroner before he came out and with our permission he could have Derek resting at the chapel today which I thought was really good, on the day of the funeral we had a small get together at Williams chapel which is really modern and easy access, William greeted us in his tail coat and showed us to see Derek, we then left the chapel to go on to church William conducted the hole funeral and lead the hearse away from the chapel and then got out the hearse near the church and lead it to church, Derek was buried in the church yard so after the service William took us back to the place where we had arrange the wake, I felt it was such a personal service and having William there from start to finish with him seeing the hole service through made it so much easier as I felt I knew him.
