My father in law died and having known susanne for 11 years we didnt hesitate to ask if she would do the funeral for my father in law steve. Susanne went above and beyond to help us with everything. She was on hand 24\\7 if we needed anything. My two young children were really upset at because she is a family friend she reassured them every step of the way. She listened to what anne his widow wanted and took such great care of steve and the funeral was everything he wanted. I would highly recommend them. Very caring and compasionate at such a sad time
