I would not recommend them at all.
My ex in laws services was at grays but my ex husbands and son\'s father was done at pitsea a place he had only resided in for 10 days he should of gone from his home which he shared with his son for 28 years.
All they was interested in was pacifying his short term girlfriend and choose not to listen to his son, they even had the audacity to ask his son to change the arrangents while he waited for his father there was no regards to how is son felt, that is something a funeral directors should never ever do .....shame on them
Infact at the crematorium they refered to a non family member as to where they wanted to sit and not the son which all his family observed
Ex wife was left to explain aftet why they had wrong information about him and his life!
His uncles and aunts were amazed and were left speechless after the service. Also found out today that even tho they told his son the ashes would not be shared until his imitate family had paid, that the said girlfriend had already received them but his son couldn\'t until yesterday 14th February 2019
What a disrespectful and money grabbing firm this is.
The only good thing to come from this experience is that we as a family will never use this firm again.
I wouldn\'t want any of my family again to experience the shabby way in which my son\'s father was disrespected his lasting memory will always be a more painful one due to this
Did you know? The funeral directors register was founded in August of 2012, that is 12 whole years! We like to think of ourselves as the first, comprehensive, funeral director reviewing platform in the United Kingdom.
