Apalling service

Told to go and wait in a room whilst they ignored us. No greeting no offering of condolances. Man eventually came in and just started filling in paperwork and wanted to know who would sign in. No explanation of how a funeral would work then just said 'where do you want picking up from'. We said this service is poor and he complained he had had to come in early to see us at 10.30am and it was not his fault that he had only seen the paperwork 10 mins ago and started to tell us off!!!!. We left.
