In a time of shock and deep sadness it is difficult to make a choice such as which funeral director. Having recently used Urwins I can only say I am so glad we decided to use them.
They were wonderful from the minute I made a telephone enquiry right through to a follow up call after the funeral to check how the family were coping. I really found them supportive, genuinely caring, calm and comforting. I highly recommend them.
