Friends in a time of need
When I first entered Unsworths Funeral Service I had never before had to organize a funeral and had no idea what to expect. I was immediately put at ease by Heidi who patiently explained everything step by step. The Crematorium, Flowers, Coffin and Casket were arranged before I left the office. Heidi even arranged for our parish priest to take the service for us. The night before the funeral Jane visited our home just to make sure that all was well with the arrangements. I never felt like I was being rushed even though I changed the music for the service just before the funeral. I will never forget the kindness shown to myself and my family at such a difficult time, especially as I know just how sad the winter months are for lots of families.
