Ann was my sister in law for almost 47 years, and I loved her dearly.
When she very sadly passed away Mark and Diane Cook (Tynedale Funerals) were asked to look after her for us.
From start to finish their service was second to none, with Mark and Diane ever being the professionals and in my view the best.
