I speak on behalf of my entire family

We sadly lost our beloved mam nana and little nannie on 10th December 2020 . I rang Tynedales and to be honest I didn\'t have a clue where to begin , Gill was the lady who was my first point of contact, within 1 hour she had arranged the date time and sorted the grave as I didn\'t know where the deeds had been put , she was so helpful and understanding, and by 4pm Mark rang me and went through everything with me step by step, even though times are unprecedented at the moment we were kept up to date with everything daily, my mam was resting in a beautiful room , and she was treated with the upmost dignity and respect. On the day of the funeral the decor on mams basket done by Joanne Goodey was absolutely beautiful as were all of our floral tributes, my mams horse and carriage was fit for a queen , the limousines were pristine, and the drivers were lovely , my mams funeral was beautiful and not forgetting to mention Tracy the humanist , who put together a beautiful tribute, I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all yous have done to give my mam a beautiful final journey xx
