At such a difficult time all the staff at Twyfords were so kind, helpful and knowledgable. They very gently guided us through the whole process . I have never arranged a funeral before so was unfamiliar with procedures, Derek was very helpful and emphatic a very professional caring company I think my dad would have approved of everything
