The right choice

When my mother passed away in November we had to do as everyone else has to do and choose a funeral director. As this is thankfully not something we have any experience we were left having to ‘ ring around’
We rang approx 5 directors but as soon as Tony answered the phone his voice just sounded so friendly and professional and not formal. He was able to advise and answer any questions we had on that first call.
We made our decision and it remained the right one throughout Both Tony and his assistant Kelly showed respect , caring and professionalism at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed every step of the way. I felt the Chapel of Rest visit was made easier by Tony’s genuine caring approach. His help on the Funeral Day was second to none throughout. He showed the utmost respect on what was a very emotional day .
My family were made to feel like friends, not customers, and I am just so pleased we made that call to Tony on that day , thank you
