Just Perfect

From the moment we picked the phone up Ben Tonks was fantastic. We knew straight away we had chosen the right company to ensure we gave our 23 year old daughter the perfect funeral. Bens manner was gentle and caring, he let us speak and gently guided us when needed. He made something we had been dreading to organise so much easier and showed us so much respect as he smiled sweetly through our tears. The funeral was just perfect and exactly as we had planned. It really was a fantastic tribute to our beautiful daughter. Ben did a lovely sevice and made it very personal for us. He read some song lyrics from our daughters favourite band as a verse which was not planned but a lovely touch and one we cherish. Thank you Ben it was so lovely and your team were brilliant on the day. We highly recommend Tonks.
