At ease

Myself and cousin went into the Shirehampton branch to get some information and advice for my dads funeral, it was such a relief that as soon as we walked in we felt at ease and Helen was lovely and went through everything with us and was very helpful and patient. We went away with the information we needed for mum to see and she was happy with it all and said to ring back and ask if they would do dad\'s funeral. So we went back and seen Michelle and again felt at ease and she also helped us massively so caring and patient. so I would like to say from the bottom of my heart a big thank you from myself and all the family and friends for your help we\'re glad we chose you, you done us and dad proud. please can you also say a big thank you to all the people involved also �‘�❤️
