The staff at The Knowle were excellent. From the initial phone call, the arrangement and the day of the service was exemplary.
Shaun Roberts kept me informed every step of the way, answering every question that was asked of him.
Hopefully, I\'ll never need to arrange another funeral, but I will certainly ring The Knowle if I do.
