Wonderful, so pleased we went with them

Taylor and Wallis recently took care of my Grandmother\'s funeral, a dearly loved family member, and I truly couldn\'t be happier with how they handled everything and I feel very fortunate we decided to go with them.

From the start of proceedings, right through to the final correspondence, they have been faultless. Senstive without being at all overbearing, upbeat without being unnatural, incredibly efficient, friendly, approachable and really took great care and respect over every step of the process.

The team of people on the day of the funeral were wonderful. At a difficult time like that, not knowing exactly what the process on the day would be, the cheif mourner, guided us through everything, and was the exact blend of professional, respectful, kind and had a true air of dignity, traditional service and care to every step of the proceedings.

The gentleman on the day carried out proceedings with great gentility, care, tradition and we felt very grateful indeed to all of the people on the day.

The jobs to be done when you lose a loved one can be numerous and difficult, but the whole process with Taylor and Wallis, from organising venues and tributes, choices of flowers and the more personal and difficult aspects we\'re always handled with exactly the right approach, and meant that with the funeral, we were able to concentrate on giving my Grandmother the day that we wanted and she wanted. Forever grateful to them for that.

I could write a great deal more, but in a nutshell, please go with them if you can, my and my family\'s experience with them has been perfect, and I genuinely couldn\'t have wished for a better group of people to help us say goodbye to my Grandmother.
