Fabulous funeral but financial communication not so fabulous

I cannot fault the funeral and the day at all. It is a beautiful place and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately their communication over the bill wasn\'t quite as seamless and we became very frustrated by the lack of clarity. The bill was, in fact, correct bar one item but the way the information was presented lead to a lot of confusion as we had a prepaid plan. Once this got to the top it was all cleared up very quickly but we weren\'t looking for such a job on sorting out the accounts after losing our mum.
