I used this Company to order the funeral flowers. They claim to work with other Funeral Directors and claim that they will contact the Funeral Director that you nominate to co-ordinate the flowers. 10 days after taking my money in full they have not contacted anyone. I am told that they no longer take telephone queries for flowers. Online chat just cuts you off and they never respond to emails! At a time when you need excellent service this lack of service is appalling. Avoid!
