Unprofessional and uncaring

My Grandmother was looked after by Stephen Jones after her death in a care home. When I arrived at his Bethesda funeral home I discovered that it is not a proper funeral home and just a basic shed. There was nobody there to allow me to see my Grannie and when I contacted him he didn't speak to me directly. I was unable to see my Grannie before she was taken back to her home town for her funeral. I found the set up unprofessional and uncaring.
